Leafs for Life
Our solid bronze Donor Recognition Tree is a prominent six foot display in the hospital lobby. It is a source of inspiration and a permanent symbol of your willingness to provide help, hope, and happiness to those that need care. Each bronze, silver and gold leaf or rock plaque purchased is an expression of compassion and an appropriate way to honor the memory of loved ones or to recognize a special person with a permanent inscription. "Leafs for Life" provides donors an opportunity to create a thoughtful, lasting remembrance of an individual, organization, or corporation and expresses a promise of hope for tomorrow. The gifts are tax deductible and will be used to meet the growing needs of the citizens of our community through hospital care.
"Leafs for Life" began in the hearts of Alapha Club Women.

Siver Leaf - $500-$999.99
Gold Leaf - $1,000-$4,999.99
Small Rock Plaque - $5,000-$9,999.99
Large Rock Plaque - $10,000 and up
P.S. - We know the plural for leaf is leaves, but Leafs got your attention, didn't it.
That was our intention.
